If you are a job-seeker, Hello My Name Is... is free to use and your video of up to three minutes is your interactive covering letter and opportunity to secure that all important first interview. This is your chance to sell yourself in support of your CV to stand out from the crowd providing employers with the ability to see the real you. It is also your chance to learn more about employers, read their job descriptions and have the opportunity to watch their recruitment videos. Simply register your details, completing the process by attaching your video and if appropriate, apply for a vacancy which you have seen and that’s it. The Shortest Passle Ever...?

I chanced upon this advice on Reed's "CV Layout Do's & Don't's" page and I couldn't not share it; Selfies are not for CVs!

Other things not to do: Use crazy colours, use crazy fonts, include unnecessary references, include a selfie.
